SPIIND was the main pipe spooling contractor for this $365m project to replace an aging semi-regeneration platformer with a Continuous Catalyst Regeneration Platformer (CCR). Fabrication, which employed over 35 staff full time, ran over a period of 18 months and was largely carried out in our Ruakaka workshop. Covering both small and large bore stainless, chrome molybdenum and carbon steel piping the installation was completed on site by SPIIND in the main new pipe rack also installed by SPIIND. With a crew of over 70 SPIIND staff on site at its peak, the project was completed with zero lost time injuries by SPIIND.
